How can I check out at JustStay?
You don`t have to do anything to check out at JustStay – it all works automatically. Simply leave your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure – we take care of the rest. You would like to depart later? Book for 20.00 EUR our late check-out until 1:00 p.m..
Can I also book at juststay.de without a credit card?
Yes, you can make bookings at juststay.de without using a credit card at any time. Besides credit cards (Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card), you can alternatively use PayPal. We also offer business customers payment by invoice if a corresponding declaration of assumption of costs is submitted.
How can I make group reservations?
For group reservations, you can send an inquiry through our contact form or call the respective hotel. If you want to make group bookings for more than one hotel, please also contact us by calling us on the telephone. We will then take care of all the bookings for you.
How many rooms can I book at one time at juststay.de?

Is my booking at juststay.de secure?
Yes, your booking is secure – especially your credit card information and other personal data. We ensure this through a secure https server; all booking information is SSL-encrypted and takes place in a secure environment. You can find more information in our privacy policy.
When will the newly opened hotels at JustStay be bookable? How can I book them?
All new openings are online at juststay.de and bookable as soon as reservations can be accepted. This is usually possible three months before the opening of the hotel.
Can parking spaces be reserved?
At JustStay parking spaces are basically free of charge, but are available in limited numbers. For 10.00 EUR you can book our priority parking, which exclusively reserves one of our parking spaces for you.
How long is the reception desk at JustStay staffed?
As a basic principle, JustStay Hotels have no reception desks. We would like our guests to be able to check in at any time – always without waiting – and go to their rooms. All of our hotels (including the respective lounge, fitness, and co-working areas) are therefore open for our guests 24 hours a day and 7 days of the week with the key code.
Can I also book breakfast at JustStay?
A good morning starts with our unique JustStay Breakfast Box! Enjoy fresh croissants and rolls, locally grown apples and eggs, sausages, creamy yoghurt, cheese, jelly, Nutella and much more for only 14,90 EUR – the coffee to wake up is on us! The Breakfast Boxes hang daily no later than 7:00 am on your room door (on weekends until 8:00 am).

What is the Best-Price Guarantee?
JustStay gives you the Best-Price Guarantee through juststay.de. This means that we guarantee that you can’t book your JustStay at a lower price on any other website. So juststay.de is guaranteed to always be your best choice for booking one of our hotels.
Which rates does JustStay offer?
JustStay continuously offers the Best-Price rates. Depending on the hotel, these are EUR 69.00 for single rooms and between EUR 45.00 and EUR 69.00 for long-term stays. In some cases, there may be extra charges for dates during trade fairs and events.
What does it cost to park at JustStay?
Parking spaces are always free of charge at JustStay. Parking spaces cannot be reserved. Parking spaces can be freely selected.
How do I book if I'm travelling with children?
For bookings with children, please contact JustStay directly by telephone or email. Or you can use our contact form.
What does the overnight stay for children cost?
Children up to 6 years spend the night free of charge in their parents’ room.

What are the room amenities at JustStay?
All rooms at JustStay are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, 43-inch flat-screen TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, exclusive bathrooms with shower/WC, and – depending on category – a kitchen with refrigerator. Most rooms also have a desk with an armchair. JustStay rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, all JustStay bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
Is there a telephone in the rooms?
No, JustStay rooms don’t have a telephone.
Is there a minibar in the rooms?
No, there are no minibars in the hotel rooms of JustStay. However, there is a kitchen with refrigerator (except for single rooms that are offered explicitly without a kitchen). In addition, you can always get an extensive assortment of beverages and snacks in our lounge areas.
Are there barrier-free rooms at JustStay? How can I book them?

Is there a fitness center at JustStay and what does it cost to use it?
Almost all of our hotels have fitness centers with strength and cardio machines. Their use is always free of charge for our guests.
Are there lounge and co-working areas at JustStay?
All JustStay Hotels have spacious and comfortable lounge areas; many of them also a co-working space. All rooms are open 24 hours a day and 7 days of the week for our guests.
Are pets welcome?
It is prohibited to bring pets into the hotel. Exceptions to this rule are guide dogs, hearing dogs or other comparable service dogs, which may be brought at any time and no charge.
Payments
When do I pay for my stay?
You conveniently enter your desired type of payment during the booking process. On the date of your arrival, JustStay simply charges your selected payment method (credit card, PayPal account, etc.). You don’t have to take care of anything else.
Will my entered credit card automatically be charged during the online booking?
No, your credit card will only be verified and not charged before your date of arrival.
Can I also book at JustStay.de without a credit card?
Yes, you can make bookings at juststay.de without using a credit card at any time. Besides credit cards (Master Card, Visa Card and Diners Card), you can also use PayPal.
With which means of payment and credit cards can I pay at JustStay?
JustStay accepts Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card, and PayPal.
Changes & Cancellations
How can I change my reservation?
Reservation changes can only be made via the previously used booking portal. Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia bookings can only be canceled or adjusted via these providers.
What is the cancellation policy at JustStay?
Reservations can be cancelled until 6 p.m. on the date of your arrival without any charge. For later cancellations, we will bill 100% of the total price of your booking. For information regarding the cancellation deadlines during trade fair and event dates as well as for group bookings (more than 3 rooms) please see our T&C.
